One bowl pizza crust

From Chef Amy - GFCFKids Yahoo board

Created this recipe tonight...I like the spices in the crust...then I just topped it with organic tomato paste and toppings...if u cant do tomatoes, then at least the biggest flavor is in the crust :)

1 1/2 cups sorghum flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
4 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
4 teaspoons xanthan gum
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon agave syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 -1 3/4 milk sub or water ( I use rice milk from a powder -so I put 1/4 cup of the rice powder in with 1 3/4 cup water)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Dump everything in a bowl, and stir until just moistened. It will be moist and foamy. I took a piece of parchment paper, and drop in large dollops on the paper, spreading out gently into 5" - 6" circles. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with organic tomato paste or pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake until crust is firm and lightly brown.

Makes 7 mini pizzas or 1 large pizza crust
