I haven't made this yet, but will attempt it this wknd. I'm going to use hemp milk, b/c I have a feeling the rice will be too thin.
1 cup rice milk (I used Vance's Dairi Free)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp xantham gum
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp honey (we used maple syrup)
1/2 cup oil
parsley (to taste)
dill (to taste)
basil (to taste)
2 TBS lemon juice
put first 6 ingredients in blender, blend, slowly drizzle in oil until thick. stir in by hand the spices and lemon juice.
